What’s better than peanut butter? Peanut butter cookies! These cookies were so quick and easy to make and the dough is impressively pliable — probably one of best I have worked with! Of course, this couldn’t be achieved without kitchen helper Cotton! 🙂
We gave Cotton some peanut butter over a few days to try, and observed if she had any reaction to peanut butter (soft stool, licking paws) before making these cookies.
As mentioned in the last post, Cotton is unbelievably picky. Hence, I have never bought for her those gourmet handmade treats, knowing they will definitely go to waste. We received some of those treats from birthday party goodie bags and random samples, and they were all rejected by picky pup, except that from barkinggoodSG. Hence we either stick by her favourite Zuke’s mini naturals (salmon) or our own handmade ones!
Also, making these treats are super duper fun, and I like controlling the amount of flour I use (to the minimum)!
So without further ado, here are the ingredients and steps to make these yummy-in-my-tummy cookies!
Preparation time: 15minutes
Baking time: 15 minutes at 175 Degree Celsius
Ingredients and Measurements: 3/4 cup of peanut butter and 1 1/2 cup of flour (I used milled steel ground oats)
Super simple and inexpensive! These literally melt in your mouth and they taste very good for humans too 🙂
It’s easy clean up too — Any sticky peanut butter residue can be licked clean with the help of dishwasher dogs!

Edit: adding some milk or banana will help make the cookies less crumbly!
